I don’t let my daughter or nephew sing this song in my house. They are too young. Sure, it’s catchy… but it makes me feel like the captain of the “starship white trash”. It’s bad enough I live in a trailor.
Anyway… I thought the video was fitting (and funny).
the question that begs asking: how does this music get into your house in the first place?
My 13 year old niece, my sister-in-law & my brother-in-law got it stuck in my 5 year old nephew’s head… then he taught it to my daughter.
I actually like the song. However, I still think the words are not good for such young minds. The Chorus is not too bad, but the Verses (which no one ever actually listens to what is being said) is where it is a little too much for them.
